Fish Soup from Sterlet
Ingredients: 125 g Sterlet 5 g Butter 6 g Carrots 10 g Lemon 4 g Greens 400 g Fish broth Directions: Cook filleted sterlet in fish broth. After fish is cooked, take the sterlet pieces out. Add broth into fish soup. Grate carrot and sautй it in butter. Filter and add butter into done fish soup. Serve the fish soup with lemon and greens. |
