  Tutyrgan Tavyk (Tatar stuffed chicken)

  Ingredients:
  
  870 g Chicken
  
  300 g Egg
  
  124 g Milk
  
  10 g Salt
  
  50 g Butter
  
  Directions:
  
  Wash the chicken in cold water, and sew up with white threads. Remove skin from meat beginning with throat part. Now, chicken is ready for stuffing. Mix egg, milk, add salt and pepper to taste. Also, you can add butter. Pour done mass under skin through throat. Tuck the neck into throat. Tie up throat skin. Wrap up stuffed chicken into napkin and cook in salty water until it is done. When broth starts to boil, pierce the skin of the chicken in several places and let the air out. Remove the napkin; divide the chicken into 4 parts and serve the dish hot.
