The Kazan Theatre School
History
The Kazan theatre school - one of the oldest schools in the country. Its origins are in the far 1922, when the first Tatar theatre school opened.
Today the graduates of the Kazan theatre school work in the G. Kamal's Tatar State Academic theatre, the V.K. Kachalov's Kazan Big State Drama theatre, the Kazan Young people's theatre and in other theatres of Tatarstan as well as in the theatres of St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kishinev, Vilnius, Riga, Pskov, Tumen, Tbilisi, Volgograd and of many other theatres from Archangelsk to Bishkek and from Kaliningrad to Sakhalin.
