Tatar Solyanka
Ingredients: 32 g Beef or Horse-flesh 31 g Lamb 42 g Beef kidneys or 34 g Beef tongue 10 g Butter 35 g Pickled cucumbers 15 g Prunes20 g Tomato puree 20 g Sour cream 400 g Broth 45 g Onion Directions: Chop the cooked meat, kidneys or tongue finely. Slice and pass the onion. Soak prunes in hot water, wash them and remove stones. Peel pickled cucumbers, chop finely and fry. Sautй tomato-puree and mix with the pickled cucumbers. Add all the ingredients into filtered broth and boil the soup for 10 minutes. Serve solyanka with sour cream and lemon |
