Shvetsov Vladimir Aleksandrovich
The assistant to the Prime Minister of Tatarstan - minister of transport
and road facilities of Tatarstan
Shvetsov Vladimir Aleksandrovich was born on July, 3, 1955 in the city of
Novgorod. He graduated from the Kazan construction institute with the

chairman of the State committee of Tatarstan on affairs of civil defence,
extreme situations and liquidations of consequences of acts of nature.
In the period from 1996 to 2001 - the assistant to the Prime Minister of
Tatarstan.
Since May, 11, 2001 - the Assistant to the Prime Minister of Tatarstan -
minister of transport and road facilities of Tatarstan. |
