Khamid Mushtari |
He wrote over hundred works entering the gold fund of the mechanics. He

Nikolay Grigorievich Chebotarev was born on June 15, 1894 in the family of
a lawyer in Kamenets-Podolsky. Being a high-school student of elementary
forms he began to be engaged in mathematics, having found out thus
propensity to independent creativity. In 1912 Nikolay Grigorievich entered
the Kiev university where he studied theory of Galua which methods during
all his life he applied to the solution of all the problems he was
interested in so successfully.

Popov Alexander Fedorovich - a wellknown mathematician was born in 1815.
He graduated from the Kazan university from physical and mathematical
faculty. The follower of Lobachevsky, Popov became his successor in 1846 on
the faculty of pure mathematics.

At Kazan university N.Lobachevsky, alongside with mathematical
disciplines, read lectures on astronomy, expanding and deepening their
contents. His lectures, for example, were devoted to elements of orbits,
their century changes, theory of movement of comets and satellites of
planets.
