Lipuzhina Valentina Nikolaevna
The secretary of the State Council of Tatarstan.
She was born on April 1, 1943 in Alekseevsky district of Tatar ASSR. She
graduated from the physical and mathematical faculty of Elabuga state
pedagogical institute (1965)
In 1964-1973 - she was the secretary of the city town committee, then
Tatar regional committee of LYCLSU.
In 1973-1981 - the assistant of the head of department of science and
educational institution of Tatar regional commitee of the CPSU.
In 1981-1991 - the first secretary of Baumansky district committee of the
CPSU of Kazan.
In 1991-1995 - the Chairman of Baumansky district Council of People's
Deputies, the Head of administration of Baumansky district.
Since 1995 - People's Deputy of Tatarstan on constant basis.
Since 1998 - secretary of the State Council of Tatarstan.
She is awarded with two awards "Mark of Honour", medals, Certificates of
honour of Tatarstan Republic. |
