Ivan Dmitrievich Grachev
The deputy of the State Duma.
He was born on February 19, 1952. He graduated from the Kazan state
university. The candidate of physical and mathematical sciences. He has the
rank "Inventor of the USSR".
The deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation
of the first convocation. Before election in the State Duma he worked as the
head of the department of the Kazan research technological and project
institute of the chemical-photographic industry.
The vice-president of the Committee of the State Duma on the property,
privatization and economic activity, chairman of the subcommittee on
entrepreneurship.
In 1990-1993 - the deputy of the Supreme Soviet of Tatarstan.
In 1993-1996 - the deputy of the State Duma of the first convocation.
In 1996-1999 - the deputy of the State Duma of the second convocation.
In 1999 - he was elected the deputy of the State Duma of the third
convocation, member of deputies' groups "People's Deputy".
The chairman of the all-Russian political movement "Development of
business".
The author of the alternative project of the Tax Code, regulation about
the taxation of small business.
Member of the board of guardians of "Federal fund of support of small
business".
In 1998-1999 - he was the co-chairman of the Russian section of the
Working group on development of small business of the Russian-American
intergovernmental committee on business cooperation of the Commission
"Gor-Primakov", council on development of priority statutory acts in
economic sphere at the Government of the Russian Federation. |
