Deputy Chairman of the State council of Tatarstan Republic.
He was born on July 26, 1952 in the city of Bugulma. In 1974 he graduated
from the Kazan state university, in 1979 - Academy of work and social
relations in Moscow. Speciality: engineer-geologist.
1974-1981 - Operator on research of chinks, geologist, senior geologist of
shop
1981-1983 - Instructor of industrial-transport department
1983-1985 - Chairman of trade-union committee of "Aktubaneft"
1985-1987 - vice-president of the trade union committee of "Tatneft"
production association
1987-1989 - Assistant to the secretary of the Communist Party committee of
production association "Tatneft"
1989-2000 - Chairman of the trade union committee of "Tatneft" joint-stock
company
2000 - February, 2002 - Chairman of the Committee of the parliamentary
control of the State council of Tatarstan.
Since February 28, 2002 he works as the vice-president of the State
council of Tatarstan.
He has the state awards: the Award of "Friendship of peoples", the Medal
of Federation of independent trade unions of Russia "For active work in
trade unions", the Certificate of honour of Tatarstan. |
