Gubaidullin Ekzam Samatovich
The head of the Presidential staff of Tatarstan
Ekzam Samatovich was born on July 15, 1953 in the village of St.Kakerli of
Drozhzhanovsky district of Tatar ASSR.
In 1975 he graduated from the Kazan state veterinary institute.
He began his labour activity in 1975 as a main livestock specialist of
state farm "Znamya Lenina" of Verkhneuslonsky ditrict of Tatar ASSR.
After service in the Soviet Army from 1976 to 1981 he worked as the main
livestock specialist at "Komsomolets" collective farm of Zelenodolsky
district of Tatar ASSR.
From 1981 to 1986 - the chairman of collective farm "Iskra" of
Zelenodolsky district of Tatar ASSR.
From 1986 to 1991 - the chairman of Zelenodolsk regional agroindustrial
association, vice-president of the executive committee of district council
of People's Deputies.
From 1991 to 1992 - the chief of Zelenodolsk department of agriculture and
foodstuff, vice-president of the executive committee of district council of
People's Deputies.
Since 1992 he worked as the deputy minister of agriculture and foodstuff
of Tatarstan; in the same year he was appointed the first deputy minister of
agriculture and foodstuff of Tatarstan.
From 1995 to 1998 - the head of the administration of Mamadyshsky
district, chairman of Mamadysh regional council of People's Deputies.
In 1998 he was appointed the Head of the President staff.
The People's Deputy of Tatarstan.
