Shlyapkin Andrey
Shlyapkin Andrey Borisovich was born on June 28, 1966. In 1985 he finished the Saransk Art school. In 1993 he graduated from the I. Ya. Yakovlev's Chuvash State Pedagogical Institute. Since 1998 he has been working in the creative painting studio of the State Russian Academy of Art in Kazan under the leadership of Kh. A. Yakupov.
