Ingredients: 107 g Chicken or 81 g Beef 50 g Wheat flour 10 g Egg 17 g Water 17 g Onion 20 g Carrots 10 g Melted butter Salt Spices Directions: For noodles: Mix eggs, salt, flour, cold water and knead the dough. Set it aside for 10 -15 minutes. Then roll out dough and cut finely. Dry a little before cooking. Add noodles, pepper, bay leaf and melted butter into boiling broth seasoned with sautйed vegetables. Boil for 2 -3 minutes. |
