Tatar beef
 Ingredients: 161 Beef Sauce: 35 g Onion 35 g Carrot 20 g Broth 10 g Butter 150 g Potato Spices Salt to taste Greens Directions: Cut the boiled meat into pieces. Boil potatoes and slice them. Cook Tatar sauce. For sauce: cut carrots and onion in rings. Boil vegetables in broth; add spices at the end of cooking. When the sauce is ready, remove bay leaf, season with butter and pour broth. Serve hot potatoes with meat and Tatar sauce. |
