Baked sterlet
 Ingredients: 119 g Sterlet 30 g Sour Cream Spices 5 g Cheese 10 g Fat Garnish: 50 g Fresh or Pickled Cucumbers 50 Tomato Lemon 10 g Greens Directions: Preheat the oven to 250 - 280 C. Cut fish into pieces. Grease the frying pan with fat. Spread sour cream over fish and sprinkle with cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake the fish until it is ready. Serve with vegetables and greens. |
