Kazan pilaf
 Ingredients: 160 g Beef 160 g Lamb 30 g Carrot 21 g Onion 35 Melted Butter 54 g Rice 15 g Raisins Salt, Pepper to taste Directions: Cut meat into small pieces; fry them in oil. Sautй carrots and onion. Put vegetables and fried meat in a saucepan, add pepper, salt, broth and bring it to boil. Add rice and cook pilaf until it is ready. When pilaf is cooked, add raisins, dried apricot or prunes and set aside. In a few minutes serve the dish. |
