Roast meat in pot
Ingredients: 150 g Tenderloin or 159 g Beef 15 g Fat or margarine or butter 30 g Onion 25 g Tomato 25 Carrot 150 g Potato 100 g BrothParsley, Fennel Salt, Spices 20 g Garlic Prunes Directions: Cut meat into small pieces; add pepper, salt. Mix meat, carrots, potato, onion in a deep stewing pan, and fry, stirring slowly. Put it into pots; add pepper, bay leaf, and sliced fresh tomatoes. Pour broth into pots and stew. Serve the dish with greens and garlic. |
