Ingredients: 161 g Beef 161 g Horse-fleh 156 g Lamb 42 g Wheat flour 10 g Egg 10 g Butter 25 g Onion 12 g Carrot Salt, Spices 25 g Broth Directions: Make dough (as for noodles). Roll out dough; cut it in diamond shape of 3 centimeters width. Boil them in salty water. Slice boiled meat and boiled carrots. Chop and sautй onion. Mix meat, carrots and onion; pour broth. Add spices and salt. Bring broth to the boil. Mix the dough, meat and stew for 10 - 15 minutes. |
