Tatar tenderloin
Ingredients: 159 g Beef 10 g Fat 40 g Onion 22 g Carrot 5 g Margarine 100 g Potato 50 g Sour Cream 5 g Oil50 Cucumbers or Tomatoes Spices Directions: Cut tenderloin in portion pieces, add salt, pepper to taste and fry. Put the tenderloin in deep utensils or frying pan, add broth and stew for 10 minutes. Add onion, sautйed carrots, sour cream and stew for 10-15 minutes until it is ready. The tenderloin is served with boiled potatoes. You can also serve meat with cucumbers and tomatoes. |
