Ingredients: 641 g Flour 34 g Sugar 29 g Margarine 10 g Salt 19 g Yeast 258 g Water Stuffing: 700 g Pumpkin 100 g Rice4 0 g Egg 50 g Margarine Directions: Knead yeast short pastry. Roll out dough, put stuffing and cover with flat cake. Bake in the oven.Stuffing: cut pumpkin in halves; remove grains and peel, then chop finely. Salt and set aside. Add boiled rice, finely chopped eggs and margarine. Mix all ingredients. |
