`Gold Minbar` to start today

Today in the cinema theatre "Organic" in Kazan the 1st International festival of Moslem movies "Gold Minbar" will be opened.
During next week Kazan will see about 30 documentaries and cartoons of Russian and foreign production. All of them will be devoted to Islam.
Russia will be represented int he works of Kazan, Moscow and Ufa directors.
The results will be on September 10th, on the stage of the Tatar State Academic Theatre n.a. G.Kamal.
Grand jury will define "Gold", "Silver" and "Bronze" Minbars in the follwong nominations: "Fiction Picture", "Documentary" and "Anime". Also there are nominations: "Best male role", "Best female role" and "Best director". |
