Cheaper tickets not sold

In the beginning of November "Kazgorelectrotrans" (Kazan City Electrical Transport) started an experiment decreasing the price of month tickets. Tomorrow the experiment was supposed to give some result. But it will not happen - there are just no results.
The experiment was aiming at making trams more popular among Kazaners, increase the number of passengers and get at least some profit. We know that "Kazgorelectrotrans" doesnt get any financing from the budget.
They chose tram route N1, which is short and not very popular. So, no wonder they got no results. This action will last till January 1 still on the same route. Lets see what can change here.
